Paz Bernini

Paz Bernini has extensive experience in customer service and support roles, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience and Head of Customer Service at BigBuy since September 2017, where responsibilities include managing multidisciplinary teams and defining strategic initiatives. Prior to BigBuy, Paz Bernini was responsible for the post-sale and quality department at Quirumed - Grupo Bunzl from February 2014 to May 2017, overseeing post-sale coordination and supplier management. Additionally, experience includes managing customer service operations at TELETECH INTERNATIONAL from February 2007 to December 2013 and serving as an administrative specialist at GENERAL SISTEMAS DE PERITACION SL from March 2003 to December 2006. Education was completed at the University of Buenos Aires, where a degree in Empresariales was earned between 1999 and 2002.
