Amanda Houseman has over a decade of experience in customer service and team leadership within the technology sector. Currently serving as RoadCrew Team Lead at BigChange since June 2018, Amanda focuses on developing applications that assist businesses in planning, managing, scheduling, and tracking their mobile workforce. Prior to this role, Amanda worked in customer care at Ctrack UK, an Inseego company, from January 2010 to June 2018, and held a position in customer service at Minorplanet from 2002 to 2010.
