Chuck Cassidy

Chuck Cassidy currently serves as a PubGC Member at The L Suite, an exclusive community for general counsels. Since November 2017, Chuck has held various legal positions at BigCommerce, ultimately advancing to General Counsel. Prior experience includes roles at Vinson & Elkins as an Associate and positions as a Summer Associate at both Andrews Kurth LLP and Vinson & Elkins. Chuck holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University.
