Itamar Syn-Hershko

Itamar Syn-Hershko is a prominent technology leader with extensive experience in the Big Data sector. Currently serving as CEO and Founder of Pulse, Itamar focuses on simplifying Elasticsearch and OpenSearch cluster management. As Founder and CTO of BigData Boutique, Itamar leads a team of experts dedicated to supporting organizations in their Big Data initiatives. Itamar also founded and leads the HebMorph project, aimed at enhancing Hebrew search capability. Prior roles include Senior Staff Software Engineer and Tech Lead at Forter, where Itamar developed the Elastic Identity Pillar for a real-time fraud-prevention system, and various development positions at companies such as buzzilla, Hibernating Rhinos, and Yayasoft. Itamar holds a BSc in Computer Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
