Mark Leaphart

Mark Leaphart is a retired IT professional with extensive experience in service management and technical direction. Mark served as Technical Director of Enablement at HCL Software from July 2019 to September 2021 and has a long tenure at IBM as a Senior IT Specialist from May 1998 to July 2019, where responsibilities included developing service management solutions for customers. Prior to IBM, Mark worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at AT&T from March 1981 to May 1998, deploying Tivoli Software Distribution across the Pacific Bell infrastructure. Mark holds an Associate of Science degree in Electronics from DeVry Institute of Technology, completed between 1976 and 1980, and graduated from Whitefish High in 1976.
