Kat Merrick

Kat Merrick is an experienced workshop facilitator and creative arts professional with a focus on drama education for young people. Currently, Kat works with the Coram Shakespeare Schools Foundation, Chichester Festival Theatre, Katerpillar Creatives, West End in Schools, Bigfoot Arts Education, and Chiswick Holiday Courses, delivering interactive drama workshops and curriculum-based sessions across primary schools in the UK. With a background in directing and performance, including roles such as Effie Brightbuttons in "The Clumsiest Christmas Elf," and leadership positions at various theatres, Kat emphasizes creativity, mental health, and wellbeing in educational initiatives, supported by a BA Hons in Drama from the University of Exeter.
