Joshua West is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management, coordination, and customer relations. Currently serving as Umpire in Chief for Eaton Rapids Youth Baseball/Softball at the YMCA since April 2009, Joshua is responsible for hiring, managing, and training youth umpires while maintaining league rules. In the role of Marketing Administrator at BIGGBY COFFEE since February 2015, responsibilities include developing marketing strategies to enhance brand presence. Previously, at Lansing Community College from March 2013 to February 2015, Joshua managed Registered Student Organization affairs and coordinated various student programs while fostering strong relationships within the academic community. Earlier experience with Aramark involved overseeing foodservice operations as Interim Assistant Foodservice Director and managing student employees as Student Manager. Joshua's educational background is from Lansing Community College.
