Frank Pedraza

Frank Pedraza is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in contract management and commercial transactions. Currently serving as the Senior Contract Manager for Bigge Crane and Rigging Co. since 2017, Frank Pedraza is responsible for negotiating, reviewing, and drafting various construction contracts while advising on risk mitigation strategies. Prior to this role, Frank Pedraza worked for Hewlett-Packard from 1988 to 2017 as Senior Counsel, providing legal support for the company's global commercial real estate and transactions. Frank Pedraza holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) in Commercial Law from the University of Connecticut School of Law and an A.B. in English and History from Princeton University.
