Mark Drummond

Mark Drummond is an experienced project and programme manager with a robust background in delivering large-scale transformation projects across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Delivery Manager at HM Revenue & Customs since June 2023, Mark leads the transition of HMRC's Customer Email and Mobile Messaging Service. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager positions at the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, and HM Revenue & Customs, where Mark contributed to key initiatives such as the Building Safety Fund and the introduction of Freeports in the UK. Mark has also managed significant projects at Smart DCC, Experian, Siemens, and Severn Trent Water, showcasing expertise in governance frameworks, customer engagement strategies, and technical implementations. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology from Loughborough University.
