Sasha Kate Madfes has over a decade of experience in IT business systems analysis with a strong focus on applications administration and user support. Currently a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst at Bigge Crane and Rigging Co., Sasha serves as a subject matter expert for a variety of platforms including RingCentral, SAP Concur, SFDC, and Microsoft D365 F&O.
