Jennifer Paluch

Jennifer Paluch has worked as an E-Commerce Director at Biggers Chevrolet, Biggers Mazda, and Biggers Mitsubishi since 2013. Jennifer has also served as the Director of Business Development at Biggers Chevrolet, where they focused on increasing customer traffic through various online platforms and overseeing the Business Development Center. Prior to that, they worked in an office role at Gary Lang Auto Group from 2003 to 2012.

Jennifer Paluch attended McHenry County College from 2003 to 2005, where they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Biology. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Harry D Jacobs High School from 1999 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Jennifer obtained several certifications, including Certified Internet Manager, Certified Technology Expert, and Customer Experience Manager from General Motors in 2015. Jennifer also received certifications such as Change is Good, E-Commerce Series, Managing Change - Managers Course, Business Development Series, Phone-up Certification Program, and Service Development Series from CDK Global Business Optimization Consulting in 2014.
