Joe Zoghbi is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership and customer service operations. Currently serving as Managing Director at BigHand since March 2022, Zoghbi oversees the strategic direction and operational execution of worldwide customer service initiatives. Prior to this role, Zoghbi held positions as Global Director Client Delivery at Iridium Technology from August 2017 to March 2022 and COO at Extempore from March 2017 to April 2021. Zoghbi also contributed as a Board Member for Minisoft Inc from August 2004 to July 2017, along with serving as Managing Director. Educational qualifications include an MBA in General from Capella University (2005-2008) and a Master's degree in Adult Education, Training and Development from Portland State University (2003-2004).
