Kathy Chwiecko

Kathy Chwiecko currently serves as SVP of Strategic Account Management at BigHand since March 2024. Prior to this role, Kathy was Vice President of Client Experience at Livingston International from January 2021 to September 2023. Kathy's extensive experience at ADP from 2005 to January 2021 includes roles as Vice President of Up-Market Client Services, where service delivery and client success for a significant client base generated $410 million in revenue, and Vice President of Client Loyalty, managing a $570 million business with a focus on client retention. Additional roles at ADP included Sales Executive for Major Accounts and Major Accounts District Manager, where notable sales achievements were made. Earlier career experience includes a position as Client Engagement Executive at Wipro Technologies. Kathy holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a BS in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University.
