Anisha Keshavan

Anisha Keshavan is a highly experienced data scientist currently serving as Senior Data Scientist II at BigHat Biosciences since April 2024. Previously, Keshavan was the Lead Data Scientist at Octave Bioscience from October 2019 to April 2024, where significant contributions included deploying an algorithm for predicting multiple sclerosis disease activity and leading protein selection for a disease progression panel. Earlier roles include Research Scientist at the Child Mind Institute, where an MVP customizable mental health data collection app was developed, and Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Washington, focusing on medical image segmentation and classification. Keshavan's academic background includes a PhD in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from both the University of California, Berkeley, and the University of California, San Francisco.
