Emily Sever is an experienced Associate Scientist at BigHat Biosciences, focusing on assay development and advanced techniques such as biolayer interferometry, TDCC, flow cytometry, and polyreactivity assessment since June 2023. Previously, Emily served as a Senior Research Associate at Twist Bioscience from August 2018 to May 2023, where responsibilities included leading discovery and optimization campaigns, designing phage display libraries, and performing antibody specificity assessments. Earlier roles at Twist included Research Associate II and Research Associate, where skills were developed in drug discovery, phage display, and laboratory management. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Genetics and Developmental Biology from Pennsylvania State University.
