Alessia K. Levante

Alessia K. Levante is a Junior Data Scientist at Lineage as of October 2023, specializing in industrial energy optimization within the research & development team. Key projects include enhancing energy usage in warehouse microgrid systems through reinforcement learning, collaborating on blast freezer optimization, assessing electrical resiliency for industrial facilities, and formulating a location-based investment strategy for energy assets. Previously, Alessia served as an Undergraduate Researcher at UC Berkeley College of Engineering from August 2022 to October 2023, conducting independent research under Professor Scott Moura to evaluate telecommunications networks for managing electric load in remote energy storage units. Alessia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Energy Engineering and a minor in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from UC Berkeley, completed in 2023.
