Peggy Tsai

Peggy Tsai serves as Chief Data Officer and VP of Data Solutions at BigID, where responsibilities include leading data strategy, governance, and analytical practices while enhancing skills in product marketing and development. As an adjunct faculty member at Carnegie Mellon University's Heinz College, Peggy coaches executives in the Chief Data Officer certification program. Prior roles include Vice President in Analytics & Data at Morgan Stanley, where Peggy operationalized the Wealth Management Data Governance program, and Data Innovation Lead at AIG, focusing on data life-cycle management in Europe and Latin America. With extensive experience at Morgan Stanley and S&P Global Ratings, Peggy has developed and managed data governance programs and enterprise data management platforms. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Cornell University and a Master's degree in Management and Systems from New York University.
