Caitlin Davis

Caitlin Davis is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leading people and culture initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at BigPanda since January 2024, Caitlin previously held the role of Vice President of People and Culture at SendBird, where the focus was on enhancing global conversations through mobile app integration. Prior to that, Caitlin was the Vice President of People at Stella & Dot Family of Brands, leading global talent acquisition and people operations. Additional leadership roles include Head of People at RetailNext, overseeing global people operations across 11 countries, and Senior Director of Communications, Donor Relations and Events at Stanford Medicine, managing fundraising communications strategies. Caitlin began a career in education services as the Director of Business and Service at Admissions Academy and started in development at The Metropolitan Museum of Art. Educational background includes a BA in Government from Scripps College.
