Troy Felix

Troy Felix is a seasoned professional in sales engineering, currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Sales Engineering at BigPanda since April 2022. Prior to this role, Troy held several positions at LogicMonitor from September 2016 to April 2022, including Sr. Manager of Sales Engineering for Managed Service Providers and Manager of Sales Engineering for the West region. Troy's experience also includes serving as Director of IT at Strategic Healthcare Programs, where focus was placed on performance improvement for post-acute care providers, and various IT-related positions at firms such as Select Staffing, Aqua-Flo Supply, Anchor Point IT Solutions, and Softshare, Inc.
