Vajra Stratigos

Vajra Stratigos is an experienced operations leader in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Operations for both Big Red F Restaurant Group and Revel Sandwich LLC since December and November 2023, respectively. Previously, Vajra held the position of Executive Director and Partner at Revel Sandwich from July 2022 to December 2023, and served as the Consulting Director of Food and Beverage at Southern Proper Hospitality Group from April 2020 to July 2022. In addition, Vajra operated as a company owner at First Leaf Consulting during the same period, and played a key role at Fifth Group Restaurants from November 2005 to August 2019 as Operating Partner and Director of Restaurant Operations.
