Reinhard Festag

Reinhard Festag has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Reinhard is currently serving as the CFO at BigRep GmbH, a company specializing in large-scale 3D printers.

Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant and Interim Management professional. In 2016, Festag held the position of CEO at intelligent views, where they successfully led the transformation of the company into a software product business, achieving double-digit growth rates and eventually making a successful exit.

Before that, they worked as CFO at R&S Cybersecurity gateprotect GmbH and acoreus AG, where they were responsible for managing financial operations.

Festag also has experience as a Managing Partner at Square Four Investments and as the Commercial Head of Sales at Siemens, where they had commercial responsibility for the IT outsourcing unit in Germany.

Earlier in their career, they served as an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company and as a Research Associate at the University of Tennessee.

Throughout their career, Festag has demonstrated strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to drive growth and transformation in various organizations.

Reinhard Festag completed their education in the field of science with a focus on Chemistry and Physics. From 1985 to 1991, they attended the Technische Universität Darmstadt, where they obtained their Diplom degree in Physics. Following this, they pursued further studies at The Philipp University of Marburg from 1991 to 1995, where they earned their Dr. rer. nat degree in Chemistry.
