Helen is an experienced health executive and advisor with a track record for building and scaling innovative approaches in healthcare delivery. She served as chief operating officer at Cast light Health, a leading publicly-traded healthcare navigation SaaS platform. Cast light leverages AI and an open platform to provide a comprehensive personalized health and wellbeing experience for individuals on behalf of employers and payors.

Prior to her role at Cast light, Helen served as chief of staff at New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital where she integrated $1 billion in hospital assets into a nationally recognized academic healthcare delivery system and oversaw an operating portfolio. Helen has held numerous roles at New York-Presbyterian Hospital including vice president of IT strategy where she led financial and strategic planning initiatives and managed the department’s annual operating budget. Helen served as director of patient access across the enterprise instituting standards, and partnering with compliance to implement controls and appropriate monitoring.

Earlier, she served as director of revenue cycle management at Montefiore Medical Center and as a management consultant at Deloitte.

Helen is passionate about applying technology to health care. She also helped launch a six-year high school: Inwood Early College for Health and Information Technology and serves on the board of the Harvard Business School Healthcare Alumni Association.

She received a BA from Amherst College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
