Kripal Gholetar is a Junior Engineering Assistant (Production) at Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) since May 2021, specializing in managing complex operations within the oil and gas industry. In this role, Kripal oversees critical tasks associated with a New Automatic Hydraulic Workover Rig, including fishing, hydraulic fracking, sand control zone transfer, water shutoff jobs, squeeze cementing, and other workover-related activities. Additionally, Kripal has been serving as a Marketing Executive at BIGSCAL TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD. since May 2019. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vidhyadeep Institute of Management & Technology (2016-2019) and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Shree K.J. Polytechnic (2013-2016).
