Sunil Malhotra

Sunil Malhotra is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in culinary management and operations. Currently serving as General Manager at Big Sky Resort since May 2016, Sunil previously held the position of Executive Chef at Creative Cooking - New Orleans Restaurant, overseeing product development and seasonal menu trends since September 1988. Prior roles include Corporate Chef at North East Hotel Group, where Sunil managed culinary operations across five hotels, and Food and Beverage Manager at Carnival Cruise Lines, handling over 100 kitchen staff. Sunil's education includes a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from IHMC&N and a BS in Culinary/Food & Beverage from Pusa New Delhi.
