Megan Pierzga

Megan Pierzga has extensive experience in quality assurance and management, currently serving as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Bihler of America since January 2022. Previously, Megan has held multiple roles at Sussex Wire, Inc. since November 2008, including Quality Manager, where responsibilities include overseeing the ISO9001 Quality Management System, ensuring adherence to customer and process specifications, and driving Lean continuous improvement initiatives. Megan's career at Sussex Wire began as an In Process Inspector, progressing to roles such as Quality Control Supervisor, where leadership in quality functions was a key focus, and New Product Development Lead, responsible for guiding new products through the development and production stages. Earlier experience includes a position as Quality Control Inspector at Printers Place and Graphic Artist. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Philadelphia.
