Laura Bergman

Laura Bergman is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Manager at Biisoni since March 2020, where responsibilities include establishing and developing internal HR processes. Previously, Laura held various roles at Biisoni, including Team Lead of a recruiting team and Senior Recruitment Consultant. Prior to Biisoni, Laura worked at Bosch as a Sales Controller and Sales Assistant, beginning as a HR Trainee and gaining experience in customer service at Hilton Hotels & Resorts. Laura's educational background includes an MBA in Business Development and Leadership from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in HRM and management. Additionally, Laura completed a management and leadership development program at Bosch Nordic.
