Olivia Duquia Giumelli Moro

Olivia Duquia Giumelli Moro has held various roles throughout their work experience. Olivia Duquia started their career in 2003 as a Hostess and Server at Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center. In 2008, they joined TOTVS as an HR Assistant, and later progressed to roles such as Jr Learning and Development Analyst, Learning and Development Analyst, and Sr Talent Management Analyst. At TOTVS, they were responsible for tasks such as performance management, identifying high potential employees, mapping successors for management positions, developing leadership programs, and managing the TOTVS Executive MBA program. Since 2017, Olivia has been working at INTELIE by Viasat, initially as an HR Business Partner/HR Coordinator, and currently as an HR Manager.
