Lisette de Kraaij currently serves as a Medewerker helpdesk at BIJ12 since October 2023. Prior to that, Lisette worked at Rabobank for over five years, providing support for online banking and coaching team members, along with administrative tasks at Centraal Beheer Achmea, addressing insurance inquiries. Early career roles included customer service at Orange and REMU as an Application Engineer, among others. Lisette holds a degree in Bestuurlijke Informatie Kunde from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and completed studies in MEAO Bedrijfsadministratie at Catharijne College.
