Max van Manen

Max van Manen is a digital product designer currently employed at BIJ12 since November 2025. Previously, Max served as a UX UI designer and Scrum Master at DSW Zorgverzekeraar from September 2020 to November 2025, focusing on the design and implementation of digital systems for the Healthcare Contracting department within agile teams. Max's background includes a graduate internship at GGzE, where research centered on applying the 'foutloos leren' methodology for individuals with dementia, and positions at CardioLab and LeasePlan Nederland, where collaborative projects aimed at enhancing flexibility in mobility solutions were undertaken. Max holds a Master's degree in Integrated Product Design and a Bachelor's degree from Delft University of Technology, complemented by earlier education at Christelijk Lyceum Veenendaal.
