Juliana Adam has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Juliana started their career as an Executive at Sunway University College in 2009 and worked there until 2011. Juliana then joined JD Media as a Senior Executive, and later became an Assistant Manager, working there until 2012. Juliana then moved on to The Zhariff Initiative as a Manager of Communications from 2012 to 2013. Juliana joined Biji-biji Initiative in 2013 and held the position of Partner and Head of Events & Consulting until 2017. In 2017, Juliana became the Programme Director at Me.reka Makerspace. Currently, they are serving as the CEO of Biji-biji Initiative from 2019.
Juliana Adam has a BSc. (Hons) in Psychology from University of Beds. Juliana attended HELP University College in 1999. In 2006, they received another BSc. (Hons) in Psychology. Juliana also attended Sri Aman Girls School.

Biji-biji Initiative is an environmentally focused organization founded in June 2013 by a group of eco-conscious individuals. Dedicated to promoting sustainable development through increased access to technology and knowledge, the organization has experienced significant growth over the years. Central to its mission is the cultivation of changemakers through social and environmental impact accelerator programs. By facilitating access to education and innovative solutions, Biji-biji seeks to reinforce the larger sustainability ecosystem. In addition to its focus on education and innovation, the Biji-biji Initiative also addresses the circular economy by supporting communities in need through the establishment of micro recycling facilities. By encouraging businesses and individuals to adopt sustainable, collaborative, and constructive practices, the organization aims to inspire positive change throughout society.
