R. Kamal

R. Kamal has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. They started their career as an HR Supervisor at Hotel Green Park from September 2004 to December 2005. Following this, they worked as an HR Generalist at SGS India from December 2006 to January 2011, where they were involved in various HR activities such as recruitment, employee induction and training, performance appraisal, and employee relations.

From January 2011 to January 2016, Kamal worked as a Senior Executive HR at Thirdware Solution Ltd., where they focused on employee relations, employee engagement, and improving employee satisfaction.

Afterwards, from January 2016 to February 2022, Kamal served as a Senior HR Manager at Hitachi Payment Services Pvt. Ltd., handling end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, HR shared services, employee relations, payroll processing, and exit management.

Currently, Kamal is working as the Head HR at Bijlipay, starting from March 2022. In this role, they are responsible for handling all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, statutory compliance, and employee relations. They also work closely with key business leaders and stakeholders and support functional heads on the annual appraisal cycle.

Throughout their career, Kamal has demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills, and they have experience in working with diverse teams and managing HR-related databases and activities.

R. Kamal's education history begins in 1997 when they enrolled in Madras Christian College. Here, they pursued an unspecified field of study without completing a degree. In 1999, they transferred to Loyola College, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology in 2002. Afterward, from 2002 to 2004, Kamal attended Madras Christian College once again, this time completing a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a focus on Human Resources (HR).
