Chris Walters

Chris Walters is an accomplished independent PMO consultant with extensive experience in PMO design, management, and portfolio-level governance. Currently, Chris leads PMO Esprit since March 2017 and serves on the advisory board of Bike Rental Manager while co-founding the PMO Flashmob networking group. Previous roles include GPMO Lead at Vodafone, where Chris established a hybrid PMO and managed significant investment portfolios, and Chairman of APM PMOSIG, promoting PMO knowledge in Europe. Chris has also contributed to community projects as a Superfast Broadband Champion and holds educational qualifications from Newcastle University and The Open University.
