Jay Zynczak

Jay Zynczak is an experienced legal professional and board member with extensive expertise in corporate and transactional law, intellectual property, and entertainment law. Zynczak, Inc. since 2004, Jay has also held significant roles as General Counsel at companies such as GOAL ZERO and aVinci Media, where responsibilities included negotiating commercial agreements and managing intellectual property portfolios.
