Dagmar Teppe

Dagmar Teppe has several years of experience in project management and client success. In their most recent role as Success & Project Manager at Bikeep, they were responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget. Dagmar cultivated key client relationships and collaborated with cross-functional teams. Prior to that, Dagmar served as the Chief Customer Success Officer at R8 Technologies, where they managed B2B clients and coordinated resources for flawless project execution. Dagmar also fostered collaboration with development teams and prioritized tasks. In their earlier role at DeltaE Inseneribüroo (Hoiame Kokku Grupp), Dagmar specialized in assessing and optimizing HVAC systems in industrial buildings, strategizing to reduce energy consumption, and preparing quotations for energy-saving technology implementation.

Dagmar Teppe completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Geotechnology at TalTech - Tallinn University of Technology in 2017. Dagmar then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Engineering - MSc degree in Energy Efficiency of Buildings from the same institution, completing it in 2019.
