The Nursing Care segment is engaged in the operation of nursing facilities and the provision of nursing care services. The Franchise (FC) segment is engaged in the operation of franchised stores. The Others segment is engaged in the hospital operation consulting business and environment sanitation business. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had 11 subsidiaries and five associated companies.
