Michael Knoll

Michael Knoll is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in wealth management and private banking. Currently serving as Managing Director for Wealth Management New Markets at BIL Suisse since June 2022, Michael previously held the position of Managing Director and Head of Wealth Management for Russia and the CIS at Deutsche Bank (Switzerland) Ltd. from September 2015 to May 2022. Earlier roles include Managing Director at Bank Credit Suisse in Moscow and Luxembourg, leading private banking and wealth management initiatives for Russia, CIS, and CEE from March 2011 to June 2015. Michael's career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers, rising from Director of the M&A Financial Institutions Group from October 2000 to September 2006 to Partner and Head of M&A Lead Advisory from October 2006 to February 2011. Michael holds an EMBA with a specialization in Business from the University of St.Gallen and a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
