Paul Jessup, CAIA, has extensive work experience in the financial services industry. Paul is currently the Head of Business Management at BIL Suisse since April 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Management Consultant at Synpulse Management Consulting from January 2020 to April 2020.
From July 2018 to June 2019, Paul served as the Head of Wealth Management at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk., where they led the development of the bank's wealth management business in Singapore. Paul actively guided senior management and key stakeholders in establishing Mandiri's wealth management capabilities and managed relationships with partners and vendors to improve product platform capabilities.
From May 2017 to July 2018, they were the Head of Front Office Support at LGT – Private Banking und Asset Management. In this role, they led a team responsible for providing support to the frontline staff, focusing on ensuring a smooth transition for new ABN AMRO Private Banking Relationship Managers. Paul also resolved frontline issues and was a member of the Singapore Management Committee.
From January 2013 to May 2017, Paul played a key role in the sale of ABN AMRO Bank N.V.'s Asia and Middle East private banking franchise to LGT Group. As part of the transaction team, they worked closely with internal and external stakeholders and ensured a successful sale with minimal attrition.
Before that, they worked at Australia and New Zealand Banking Group as the Director of Business Development for International Affluent Banking, where they led business development activities across 21 countries in the Asia Pacific region. Paul also drove a cross-border collaboration initiative to expand referrals across ANZ's global footprint.
Paul has also held positions at NorthPoint Solutions, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, ABN AMRO Private Banking, and ABN AMRO Bank N.V.
