From 1991 to 1995, they attended SHL Schweizerische Hotelfachschule Luzern, where they earned a degree in Hotelier HF, specializing in Hotel Management. In 1997 and 1999, they completed the Financial and Commercial Awareness / Management Effectiveness Programme at MCE - Management Centre Europe. In 2005, they enrolled at ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences, focusing on Human Capital Management, and completed their studies in 2008. Stephan furthered their education in 2018 at Fachschule für Personalvorsorge, specializing in Ausbildung für Stiftungsräte. In 2019, they took part in the Certified Agile Leadership course offered by Scrum Alliance. Most recently, in 2021, Stephan attended Harvard Business School and earned a degree in The HR Executive Suite Connection. Additionally, they obtained a certification in The HR Executive Suite Connection from Harvard Business School in May 2021.
