Jon Ansoleaga Leibar

Jon Ansoleaga Leibar is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources, public service, and international business development. Currently serving as a Funcionario público at Bilbao Udala - Ayuntamiento since February 2021, Jon previously held roles in recruitment and selection at Iberdrola and worked in various human resources capacities at IKEA Group. Jon's entrepreneurial spirit was demonstrated as a Co-Funder and Project Manager at Igloo Bilbao, where initiatives focused on internationalization and market studies for companies. International experiences include projects in India and China, as well as participation in business development in the Bay Area, USA. Jon holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Esden Business School and multiple degrees from Mondragon Unibertsitatea in leadership, entrepreneurship, and marketing.
