Rajneesh Kumar

Rajneesh Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rajneesh began their career as Deputy Manager-Costing at Maharashtra Seamless Ltd in 1999, where they were responsible for managing the costing activities and serving major customers in the oil and gas industry. In 2005, Rajneesh joined International Auto Limited as Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts), where they maintained books of accounts and handled working capital management for the automotive components manufacturing company. In 2006, they moved on to Bilcare Limited, initially serving as a Finance Manager, where they managed working capital, maintained books of accounts, and ensured compliance with statutory requirements. Their roles and responsibilities expanded as they were promoted to Head-Finance and later to Head- Costing & MIS, where they provided support to operations and sales groups through information analysis to facilitate informed business decisions. At Bilcare Limited, Rajneesh worked with major pharmaceutical companies worldwide, gaining valuable experience in the pharmaceutical packaging industry.

Rajneesh Kumar pursued their education in a chronological order, starting in 1991. From 1991 to 1997, they attended the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, where they obtained a degree in Cost & Management Accounting (ICWAI). Concurrently, from 1991 to 1994, they also studied at Delhi University, completing a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a specialization in Accounting and Finance.
