Natasha Facci Gaicd

Natasha Facci GAICD, PCC, FIML serves as the Chief People Engagement Officer at BildGroup, overseeing People, Communications, Marketing, and Philanthropy since September 2019. In addition, Natasha is the Founder and CEO of The Alchemy Collective, a consulting firm focused on People, Culture & Performance, and holds the position of Non-Executive Director at the Edmund Rice Foundation, which empowers marginalized communities through various programs. Natasha also contributes as an Executive Coach at the Institute for Strategic Leadership - Australia and was a Founding Member of Infinite Alliance. Previous roles include General Manager of People & Culture at RACV and Director of People & Culture at Electronic Arts. Educationally, Natasha has completed multiple qualifications, including a Bachelor of Business from Victoria University and various leadership and counseling courses.
