Esteban Castro Baeza

Esteban Castro Baeza is a seasoned professional with significant experience in construction management and engineering. Currently serving as a BIM Manager at BILDTEK since December 2022, Esteban previously held the position of Process Coordinator at Count&Cooper, where responsibilities included designing communication workflows and managing verification processes. As Tendering Manager at IDECO Ingeniería Desarrollo y Construcción S.A., Esteban was responsible for budgets, bids, and negotiations, while also serving as Project Engineer overseeing project control and collaboration with subcontractors. Earlier experience includes a role as Sales Engineer at Moviles de Costa Rica, providing technical sales support for specialized products. Esteban holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from Delft University of Technology and a Licentiate degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
