Hansley joined the Bilendi Group in October 2010 as Project Manager. In 2012 he was promoted as Head of the Project Management Division and actively participated in the creation of the Group's project management tool. He played a pivotal role in the migration and integration of the German panel acquired by the group. He also piloted the introduction of scripting services to the Group activities.
In 2015, he returned to Mauritius, his country of origin, to create Bilendi Services Ltd, the production center of the Group. He currently manages a team of more than 35 people across four different departments: Project Management, Quotation Management, Scripting and Data Processing.
