Ian Karcher

Ian Karcher is a seasoned professional in compensation and benefits, currently serving as Global Sr. Manager Compensation & Benefits at Bilfinger since December 2024. Previously, Ian held key roles including Vice President Compensation, Benefits, Mobility at Exyte, where responsibilities involved developing global programs and managing a team across the organization. Ian’s experience also includes leadership positions at Aon as Associate Partner, and Director at Radford, along with roles in compensation and rewards at PHOENIX Pharmahandel, Allianz, and Microsoft. Ian holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and completed an executive education program in Digital Business Strategy at MIT Sloan School of Management.
