Pınar Mutlu Aygün

Pınar Mutlu Aygün is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR at BiLira, a leading Turkish FinTech venture, since March 2024. Prior to this role, Pınar held the position of Human Resources Manager at Rain from September 2021 to September 2023, where Pınar established all HR functions for the company's Turkish entity. Previous experience includes managing the HR Department for the Credit division at Trive, consultancy at SIGNATURE SYSTEMS LIMITED, and serving as HR Business Partner at Azelis, where Pınar managed HR operations in Turkey. Pınar's career began in recruitment with Adecco Group and office administration at Microsoft. Pınar holds a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior from Marmara University.
