Angelica Borda

Angelica Borda is an accomplished professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Payment Operations at BILL since August 2020, where strategic leadership has led to surpassing monthly targets and achieving an annual goal of $2.5 billion. Previously, as Payment Operations Manager, Angelica established new team functions and significantly expanded the team, while developing success metrics and KPIs. In the role of Operational Excellence – Process Improvement and Automation Lead, efforts included leading automation initiatives and providing critical data analysis to executives.
