Karim Noorali

Karim Noorali is an accomplished risk management executive with extensive experience in leading risk strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Risk Management at BILL and as an advisor for both Flutterwave and a Stealth Startup, Karim previously held the position of Chief Risk Officer at Stax, where responsibilities included developing a comprehensive risk management framework. A significant portion of Karim's career was spent at PayPal, notably as Global Head of Seller Risk Strategy, overseeing fraud and credit risk management while fostering growth for millions of global sellers. Additional roles at PayPal included leadership in international consumer growth, small and medium business risk management, and regional risk management for EMEA and APAC. Karim's career began in risk management at Morgan Stanley Capital International and includes entrepreneurial experience as the founder of Hobbyimports.com. Karim holds a B.A. in Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley.
