Katrina Tenazas

Katrina Tenazas serves as the Manager of UX Research Operations at BILL since March 2023, following a tenure at Twitter that spanned over three years, where roles included Manager of Research Programs and Staff User Experience Researcher. While at Twitter, Katrina established a program management function and led significant research initiatives to enhance product development across various advertising products. Prior experience includes positions such as Customer Insights Manager and Analyst at Unity Technologies, Senior Market Research Strategist at Yahoo, and Lead Senior Market Research Analyst at BrightRoll. Katrina began her career at Yelp as an Account Executive and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Psychology from Saint Mary's College of California.
