Keith Gruver

Keith Gruver is currently the Director of CXO Strategic Services at BILL since November 2022. Prior to this, Gruver served as the Sr. Director of Customer Success at Finmark from September 2020 to November 2022. Before that, Keith was the Director of Customer Success, Americas at Imperva from July 2019 to September 2020, and at Imperva (Formerly Distil Networks) as the Global Head of Customer Success from May 2015 to July 2019. Gruver also has experience as an AVP of Business Banking at Wells Fargo from January 2012 to May 2015 and as a Director of Customer Experience at Ocean Properties from July 2008 to October 2011. Gruver holds an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota.
