Kristy Christensen

Kristy Christensen, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Sr. Manager, HRBP at BILL since October 2024, focusing on aligning business objectives with employees and management while advising on succession planning and organizational development. Prior to this role, Kristy was the Sr. Manager, People Business Partner at Thumbtack from October 2019 to September 2024, where leadership of HRBPs and consulting on business strategies were key responsibilities. Kristy also held roles at PayPal, eBay, School Improvement Network, and Mitchell D. Burton Construction, contributing to the development of HR policies, coaching management, and fostering strategic partnerships.
